WEBSITE PLANNING
What Should a Business Owner Approve Before Website Launch?
Review customer-facing facts and critical workflows instead of treating a design screenshot as complete launch approval.
Approve the facts first
Check the business name, contact details, service descriptions, coverage and any price or timing claims. Confirm that images and testimonials have permission for use. Label concepts clearly and remove claims that the business cannot support. A visually finished page can still contain operationally incorrect information.
Review the customer tasks
Walk through finding a service, requesting a quote and understanding the next step. Confirm which backend paths have actually been tested and which remain unverified. Agree on any live test messages in advance so they are recognizable and do not create real bookings or unwanted communications.
Record the launch decision
Keep a short list of approved items, unresolved issues and who owns each follow-up. Decide which issues block launch and which can safely be scheduled afterward. Confirm the publication window, contact person and recovery plan. Approval should refer to a specific reviewed version, not a vague statement that every future change is acceptable.
Apply this to your business
Write down the current situation, the decision you need to make and the person who can confirm the facts. North Front Digital can discuss a scoped review through our relevant service overview. When you request a quote, include your website address if you have one and the customer task you want to improve. Deliverables, access, timing and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
