Project and service terms

Confirm the written scope before paying. Optional ongoing care is a separate choice.

Who provides the service

North Front Digital is operated by Justin Howard. Questions, cancellation requests and payment inquiries can be sent to justin@northfrontdigital.com or 317-658-9299. The Stripe card-statement name is NORTH FRONT DIGITAL.

Website packages

Starter is $399 for one marketing page and one consolidated revision round. Business is $699 for up to five marketing pages and two rounds. Growth starts at $999 for up to eight marketing pages and two rounds; the $999 checkout covers only the agreed base scope. Prices are in USD, with applicable tax calculated separately. Your written proposal identifies deliverables, content responsibilities, integrations, exclusions and timing. Do not pay until the specific scope and any cancellation or refund arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Changes, schedules and ownership

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed work. New pages, features or work outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement. Timing is confirmed individually and depends on content, access and timely review; this site does not promise a fixed completion window. Ownership, licenses, final payment, account access and handoff are specified in your project agreement. Provide accurate information and materials you have permission to use.

Optional Website Care

Care is not included in or automatically added to a website purchase. If you separately opt in and complete the Care signup, the first 30 days are free. Afterward, Stripe charges $79/month plus applicable tax until canceled. The first billing date and recurring amount are displayed at checkout. Signup requires your explicit agreement; no paid Care subscription is created merely by submitting an inquiry.

Care scope

For an agreed standard marketing site, Care includes hosting, HTTPS management, documented backups, monitoring, applicable software maintenance and up to one hour of small edits to existing content per month. Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, ongoing SEO campaigns, ecommerce operations, phone systems, domain renewals and paid third-party software are separate. Confirm the site, provider responsibilities and required access before enrolling. Without Care, a separate hosting arrangement is needed.

Canceling Care

To stop the first charge, request cancellation before the free period ends. To stop a later renewal, request cancellation before that billing date. Email justin@northfrontdigital.com or call 317-658-9299, using the email associated with your subscription. Ask for confirmation and contact Justin again if it is not received. We will arrange the end of care and any hosting handoff with you; canceling Care does not cancel a separate website project.

Payment questions and refunds

Contact Justin about a disputed charge, cancellation or refund request. One-time project refunds and any other specifically agreed arrangements are governed by the written project agreement and applicable law. This page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A website confirmation or return URL alone is not proof of payment; use the actual Stripe confirmation and transaction records.

Existing clients

These new packages do not change existing subscriptions or signed agreements. Third-party platforms have their own terms and fees. Search indexing, rankings, traffic and business results are not guaranteed.
