Project inquiries

The online inquiry form, when enabled, passes through our website host to Google Apps Script for processing, then is emailed to our business inbox hosted with Google. It collects the contact and project details you choose to provide. We use them to respond and discuss your project; submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing, authorize a payment, or start Website Care. Do not submit passwords, card details, or sensitive customer records. Inquiry text and contact fields are not sent to Google Analytics. If submission cannot be confirmed, the form tells you to contact us directly rather than claiming delivery.

Anti-abuse records

The form keeps keyed hashes of contact and request information, timestamps, reference codes and delivery-attempt states to limit spam and duplicate submissions. It does not store inquiry message contents in its script settings. These records expire after 24 hours and are deleted on the next valid submission; an inactive form may retain expired records until it is next used or manually cleared. Email copies are separate from these anti-abuse records.

Email and business records

We may retain correspondence to answer requests, manage projects, resolve payment questions and maintain business records. Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable obligations; there is no automatic mailbox deletion period promised here. You can contact Justin to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you shared. We may need to verify a request and retain records where needed for an ongoing service or obligation.

Optional Google Analytics

Analytics stays off until you accept. If accepted, Google Analytics measures page visits and fixed interactions such as phone-link clicks and package selections. Phone-link clicks do not prove a call occurred. We do not send inquiry contents or contact details to Analytics, and inquiry form, checkout-return and error pages are excluded. With your Analytics consent, a separate confirmation page records one accepted inquiry event after the backend accepts it for email delivery. This does not prove inbox delivery or a sale. Your receipt reference is stored in this tab and used for up to 30 minutes and is not sent to Analytics. Recognized campaign links use fixed public labels to distinguish posts and profile visits; Analytics page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Recognized search and social referrers are reduced to their origin, without paths or queries. Unknown query parameters disable collection. Advertising features are disabled. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 90 days; your preference is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Use “Analytics preferences” to change your choice. Declining stops collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies from this browser. Analytics is disabled on staging previews.

Google Maps

Our Contact page offers an optional Google map of the existing Business Profile. It loads only when you choose Load Google Map; Google may then process technical information and cookies. The direct Google listing link also opens Google. Customer-site visits are arranged directly; there is no walk-in office.

Payments

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes payment and checkout information; this website does not receive your card number. We can receive customer and transaction details needed to reconcile payments and provide the agreed service. Optional Website Care requires a separate opt-in signup. Website hosting and security

This website is hosted with OpenAI Sites. Hosting and security providers may process technical requests, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Main-site images and fonts are served with the website. The two preserved pool design demos also load images from PoolPad; opening those demos connects your browser to that image provider, which receives technical request information. We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access and limited form permissions; no system or email channel can be guaranteed completely secure. Links to other providers are governed by their own practices.
