WEBSITE PLANNING

Build a Service Page Scope Worksheet

Define what a service page must answer before writing headings or choosing keywords.

Name one customer decision

Write the question the page should help a visitor resolve: whether the service fits their problem, what is included or how to request an assessment. If the page tries to cover unrelated services, identify which need their own explanation. Do not split a simple answer into several pages solely to increase the count.

Collect facts before copy

List the actual deliverables, eligibility or coverage limits, typical process and information needed to begin. Mark unconfirmed facts so they are not turned into promises during writing. Ask the person delivering the service to review the outline. A polished paragraph cannot compensate for an unclear offer.

Add proof and a next step

Use genuine examples, authorized photographs or a transparent explanation of the process. If no case study exists, do not invent one. Choose a contact action that matches the service and explain what happens after it. Review the completed page by asking whether a new visitor could make the intended decision without calling only to clarify basic scope.

Apply this to your business

Write down the current situation, the decision you need to make and the person who can confirm the facts. North Front Digital can discuss a scoped review through our relevant service overview. When you request a quote, include your website address if you have one and the customer task you want to improve. Deliverables, access, timing and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
