WEBSITE PLANNING
Turn Real Customer Questions Into Useful Website FAQs
Choose questions from your actual inquiry process and place answers where customers need them.
Collect questions without exposing customers
Ask the owner or team to list recurring questions from calls and inquiries. Remove names, contact details and identifying project information. Group questions by the decision they support rather than copying entire messages. A small set of real questions is more useful than a long list invented to repeat keywords.
Put the answer in the right place
A question about one service often belongs on that service page. A question about how all appointments work may belong near the booking explanation. Do not assume every question needs a separate indexed page. If the answer is brief and depends on nearby context, an on-page explanation may serve visitors better.
Assign an answer owner
Confirm pricing, timing and policy answers with someone responsible for them. Use conditional wording when a quote or assessment is required. Record a review date and update answers when operations change. Search appearance is not guaranteed by adding FAQ content or markup; the first purpose is to help the customer understand the business accurately.
Apply this to your business
Write down the current situation, the decision you need to make and the person who can confirm the facts. North Front Digital can discuss a scoped review through our relevant service overview. When you request a quote, include your website address if you have one and the customer task you want to improve. Deliverables, access, timing and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
