Plan a Service Comparison Table Customers Can Use
Compare meaningful differences between your own offerings without obscuring exclusions or inventing competitor claims.
Choose decision-making rows
List the features that genuinely change which service a customer should choose: deliverables, support, eligibility, ongoing responsibilities and price structure. Avoid a long row count made up of vague benefits that every option shares. If two packages serve different purposes, explain that before forcing them into a side-by-side comparison.
Use consistent definitions
Define what terms such as page, revision, support or setup mean for every column. Mark optional items and separately quoted work clearly. A check mark should not imply unlimited service when a limit applies. Ask the person delivering the work to review the table against the actual written agreement.
Check the mobile reading order
Make sure customers can still associate each value with its package on a small screen. Do not rely on color alone to communicate inclusion. Add a next step for questions the table cannot settle, such as custom scope. Review the table whenever offerings change so it does not become an outdated promise that conflicts with the proposal.
Apply this to your business
Write down the current situation, the decision you need to make and the person who can confirm the facts. North Front Digital can discuss a scoped review through our relevant service overview. When you request a quote, include your website address if you have one and the customer task you want to improve. Deliverables, access, timing and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
