WEBSITE PLANNING
Make a Content Review Calendar Based on Risk
Review the facts most likely to affect customers before spending time refreshing low-impact copy.
Group content by how it changes
List frequently changing details such as availability and offers separately from stable background information. Identify pages tied to regulations, platform instructions or other external sources that may need additional verification. Do not assign the same arbitrary review frequency to every page.
Give each review an owner
Name the person who can confirm the facts and the person who can publish changes. Record the next review date and the event that would trigger an earlier update. For example, a changed phone number should be corrected promptly rather than waiting for a monthly review.
Keep the review outcome honest
Mark each item reviewed, updated, awaiting confirmation or no change needed. Preserve the distinction between checking a page and substantially revising it. Do not change visible dates merely to suggest freshness. A manageable review calendar helps the business keep promises accurate without creating unnecessary edits for their own sake.
Apply this to your business
Write down the current situation, the decision you need to make and the person who can confirm the facts. North Front Digital can discuss a scoped review through our relevant service overview. When you request a quote, include your website address if you have one and the customer task you want to improve. Deliverables, access, timing and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
